Returns and Refund

OOFOS HK offers free and easy exchanges and refunds/returns – no matter size or colour problem! Ensure that your item fullfill the following requirement to be eligible for a return.

  1. within 7 Days of receipt
  2. Brand New and no significant damage
  3. Original Condition with tags intact
  4. Original Packing
  5. Pack your items and the return to our office
  6. Allow 2-5 working days for us to receive your return and examine the product.
